These templates go at the top of pages. They are usually placed to show that a page needs work, and as such, some are only visible to those who change their user CSS to make them visible. This can be achieved by going to Special:Mypage/MonoBook.css and adding the following CSS:

}
In order to add a page to this category, add [[Category:Notification templates]] to bottom of the page.
